Terms and Conditions
Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your reading. Please note, working days for me are - Tuesday to Saturday so the 3-5 working days will not count outside of my working days. Please note we do not have a refund policy therefore anything bought on the site you accept and agree to this.
Shop bought readings will be sent to you via the preferred application WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or Instagram. Please pick one of the methods, this is of your choice as these are easily accessible to me, so please ensure you note your email, and contact number once going through the purchasing process so that we don't delay the process of getting your reading to you and which application you would prefer in the notes. I will request on the day of your reading a picture/selfie of yourself so that i can connect to you. This picture will not be shared out to anyone, this is for my eyes only.
Your shop bought reading will be sent through your chosen application - either Facebook messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram and I will send you firstly a picture of the cards I pull followed with a detailed voice note of your reading.

Payments, I only accept payments via PayPal, so when checking out please ensure you take note of this as we do not accept any other payment methods.
International bookings and readings, this will be your responsibility to ensure you pay the correct amount in accordance to the pound/sterling. It is also your responsibility to ensure when booking a virtual reading that you take note of the time difference and that you work this out when booking so that we eliminate any delays as i will have other clients to consider, so rescheduling may mean your booking gets moved to a later date inline with my other bookings.

You are agreeing to the terms and conditions when you enter the site and also when you purchase anything on the site.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy please be mindful of my time, as I have other clients who also book with me. Virtual bookings will not be refunded once purchased however if you need to re-schedule your virtual reading appointment for an alternate date or time then please let me know at least 48-hours in advanced.
I understand emergencies arise, and if you need to reschedule your virtual reading with me last minute, please send me a message through the online chat we have available on the site to inform me, so we can work on a time that works best for the two of us.
